## About the Role

* PhD in Computer Science or a related field such as Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Mechatronics, or Physics.
 * At least 4 years of practical experience in AI/ML and data science, ideally applied to real-world problems.
 * Strong understanding of vision data and processing.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
 * Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch).
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Collaborative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
 * Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

## Description

You will work in a team with strong connections to international academic and industry partners., * Developing AI/ML models to analyze data and solve real-world problems, such as in computer vision or signal processing.

 * Designing experiments to rigorously compare your methods with relevant baselines.
 * Acquiring, managing, and executing research projects with industrial and academic partners, in close collaboration with team members.
 * Publishing results in peer-reviewed international conferences and scientific journals.
