It is the main point of contact between business teams, project teams and external partners. MAIN TASKS STEERING THE DOMAIN * Ensure the governance and coordination of all IT activities in the Finance domain. * Prioritize, track progress, and identify dependencies. * Coordinate the resources involved in the field. * Ensure regular reporting to program direction and IT management. * Ensure alignment between project objectives and business needs. COORDINATION OF STAKEHOLDERS * Be the main point of contact for the Finance area with the business teams. * Ensure coordination between the Business, IT, Infrastructure, Integration and external partners teams. * Facilitate decision-making and arbitration of topics in the field. * Prepare and facilitate workshops, follow-up meetings and governance bodies. RISK AND QUALITY * Management Identify, track, and escalate domain risks, issues, and decisions. * Define and monitor mitigation action plans. * Ensure compliance with program standards, methodologies and processes. * Ensure the quality of the deliverables produced within the Finance perimeter. FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS AND SAP * expertise Understand and challenge business needs. * Supervise the drafting of requirements and functional specifications. * Contribute to the definition of target solutions. * Provide expertise on Finance processes and cross-functional impacts. * Validate proposed solutions before implementation.
