Collaboration & Communication * Collaborate with other squads and teams to leverage their expertise and drive innovation across the organisation. * Align Agile ways of working and Scrum practices to ensure an appropriate delivery methodology through policies and best practices. * Develop DevSecOps and testing guidelines and ensure that daily activities are aligned with shared services. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by breaking down silos and promoting a unified approach to achieving organisational objectives. Technical Expertise, Coaching & Training * Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting the adoption of new tools, technologies and methodologies. * Support the individual development of T-shaped profiles. * Align development guidelines and ensure they are understood and applied through individual coaching. * Introduce new joiners and existing developers to new technology stacks. * Manage development tools in line with the latest trends and developments to improve the software development lifecycle. * Work with the other development leaders to create a technical skills development plan for each employee and ensure the appropriate technological capabilities within the organisation. * Ensure development velocity.
