* Ervaring in een tweedelijns securityrol (architectuur, risk, governance of assurance) - geen zuiver operationele infrastructuurrol.
 * Werkkennis van ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2 en cybersecurity best practices.
 * Affiniteit met zowel klassieke IT/OT-beveiliging als cloud-native/DevSecOps-praktijken is een sterke troef.
 * Een relevante certificering (bv. CISSP) is een pluspunt.
 * Sterke communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden: je kan complexe securitythema's helder uitleggen aan zowel een productie-/OT-publiek als aan software-engineers.
 * Je werkt zelfstandig, maar coördineert vlot over meerdere teams heen, en beïnvloedt zonder de onderliggende technische operaties zelf te bezitten.
 * Actuele kennis van cybersecuritytrends, -tools en opkomende dreigingen.
