## About the Role

* Je behaalde een bachelor in IT of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
 * Je hebt ervaring met het beheer en de ondersteuning van IT-infrastructuur, systemen en applicaties.
 * Je voelt je thuis in een industriële of productieomgeving en hebt affiniteit met Operational Technology (OT).
 * Je beschikt over kennis van IT Service Management (ITSM) en bent vertrouwd met incident-, change- en serviceprocessen.
 * Je bent analytisch sterk en lost technische problemen op een gestructureerde manier op.
 * Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert eveneens uitstekend binnen multidisciplinaire en internationale teams.
 * Je kan vlot omgaan met verschillende prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk.
 * Ervaring binnen een productie-, voedings- of industriële omgeving is een mooie meerwaarde.

## Description

Als Manufacturing Technology Engineer maak je deel uit van een internationaal IT-team dat zorgt voor een betrouwbare en veilige technologische omgeving binnen verschillende productiesites. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse IT-werking, lost complexe technische uitdagingen op en draagt actief bij aan de verdere digitalisering van de productieomgeving.

* Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse ondersteuning van IT-infrastructuur, waaronder netwerken, servers, werkplekken, applicaties, datacenters, camerasystemen, telefonie en beveiligingsoplossingen.
 * Je analyseert technische incidenten, coördineert de afhandeling ervan en fungeert als expert bij complexe problemen.
 * Je bewaakt de continuïteit van de productieomgeving en signaleert proactief mogelijke risico's of escalaties.
 * Je werkt nauw samen met internationale IT-collega's, lokale productieteams en externe leveranciers.
 * Je ondersteunt de integratie tussen OT- en IT-systemen en helpt productieomgevingen verder te digitaliseren.
 * Je zorgt ervoor dat IT-processen, documentatie en standaarden correct worden toegepast en verder geoptimaliseerd.
 * Je beheert meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk en zoekt naar duurzame oplossingen die aansluiten bij zowel lokale noden als internationale richtlijnen.
