## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as a functional analyst with a focus on requirement analysis and E2E delivery.
 * You possess experience with API-based application integration and Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
 * You bring proficiency in UML and BPMN process modelling.
 * You have experience with web-based digital platforms and mobile applications.
 * You possess experience designing test plans, test cases, and coordinating UAT.
 * You're experienced in facilitating workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
 * You're proactive and solution-oriented.
 * You are fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the other national language.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience with cloud migration or cloud-based application environments.
 * Experience with modelling tools such as Enterprise Architect.

## Description

* Analyze business requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define and reach consensus on functional solutions.
 * Design E2E solutions aligned with IT architecture, covering the entire application and technological chain.
 * Translate business needs into detailed functional designs and act as an intermediary between stakeholders and development partners.
 * Monitor the development cycle using tools like UML and Enterprise Architect while ensuring technical solutions meet business needs.
 * Coordinate and execute comprehensive test plans, including UAT, to ensure high-quality production deliverables.
 * Manage the application lifecycle and provide second-line support for incident resolution and bug tracking.
