## About the Role

+ Je hebt een HBO werk- en denkniveau;
 + Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als functioneel beheerder;
 + Je hebt een oprecht dienstverlenende instelling en affiniteit met ICT;
 + Je bent communicatief ijzersterk, positief ingesteld en stressbestendig;
 + Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijk vaardigheden;
 + Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
 + Je bent bereid je te verdiepen in het VTH domein en de bijbehorende software applicaties als je daar nog weinig ervaring mee hebt.
Het is een pre als:

 + Je kennis hebt van het VTH proces en/of ervaring hebt bij een overheidsinstelling;
 + Je ervaring hebt met het trainen van gebruikers en/of beheerders.

## Description

Voor onze klant, een partner van de overheid, zijn wij op zoek (door heel Nederland) naar communicatief sterke Consultants / Functioneel Beheerders VTH.
Onze klant is een snelgroeiende gespecialiseerde ICT-dienstverlener die gemeenten, waterschappen en vergelijkbare overheidsorganisaties ondersteunt bij vraagstukken op het gebied van de digitale transformatie. Dit doen zij via veelgebruikte VTH software applicaties.
VTH (Vergunningverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving) vormt een cruciaal instrument binnen de Omgevingswet.
Zij staan bekend om hun vriendelijke en resultaatgerichte aanpak, dienstbaar voor (o.a.) Key-users, toezichthouder, vergunningverleners, beheerders en goed bereikbaar, ook buiten kantooruren.

Als consultant / functioneel Beheerder beheer en optimaliseer je je de software en informatiesystemen die de fysieke leefomgeving en overheidsprocessen ondersteunen.

 + Je bent de essentiële spin in het web die de vertaalslag maakt tussen de wensen van de organisatie en de inrichting de nieuwe VTH software applicatie tijdens het implementatietraject.
 + Je adviseert en begeleidt de migratie en conversie naar het nieuwe softwarepakket
 + Je behandelt ad-hoc vragen, lost storingen op, richt gebruikersrechten in en je houdt de autorisatiematrix bij.
 + Je bouwt en test zaaktypen, sjablonen en werkprocessen binnen VTH systemen.
 + Je fungeert als de onmisbare schakel tussen eindgebruikers, proceseigenaren en IT-leveranciers door gebruikerswensen om te zetten in concrete wijzigingsvoorstellen.
 + Je begeleidt en test nieuwe software updates, patches en releases om de dagelijkse beschikbaarheid te waarborgen
 + Je onderhoudt de functionele documentatie, handleidingen en koppelingen met andere systemen.
