 * Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

## Description

Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van het digitale proces en bied je ondersteuning aan collega's die met de applicaties werken. Je bent een essentiële schakel tussen de IT-afdeling en de gebruikers.

* Automatiseren van diverse bedrijfsprocessen, zoals inkoop, verkoop en facturatie;
 * Fungeren als brug tussen gebruikers en ICT-specialisten;
 * Inventariseren van behoeften, opstellen van functionele specificaties en samenwerken met belanghebbenden bij het testen en implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteiten;
 * Ondersteunen van key-users en gebruikers bij grote updates of nieuwe functionaliteiten om het gebruik van de applicaties te optimaliseren;
 * Op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen die waardevol kunnen zijn voor de applicatie;
 * Actief bijdragen aan de groei en ontwikkeling van IT-processen binnen het bedrijf;
 * Operationeel aansturen van stakeholders volgens de gemaakte afspraken over dienstverlening en opdrachten;
 * Zorgen voor een foutloze implementatie van nieuwe releases in de organisatie.
