## About the Role

* Proven leadership as a CISO or senior security leader in complex environments.
 * Strong knowledge of security frameworks and controls (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
 * Expertise in incident response, security operations, and enterprise risk management.
 * Experience with cloud and modern infrastructure security (e.g., AWS/Azure, SaaS).
 * Ability to communicate risk clearly to executives and boards; strong stakeholder management.

## Description

Role purpose: Lead the organization's information security strategy, governance, and risk management to protect business operations, data, and technology assets while enabling secure growth and compliance., * Define and execute the enterprise security strategy, roadmap, and operating model.

 * Own security governance, policies, standards, and security-by-design practices.
 * Lead cyber risk management, including threat modeling, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
 * Oversee security operations: monitoring, detection, incident response, and crisis management.
 * Manage compliance and assurance programs (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR), audits, and reporting.
 * Direct identity and access management, data protection, and security architecture.
 * Partner with IT, Engineering, Legal, and business leaders to embed security in products and processes.
 * Lead vendor and third-party security due diligence and contractual security requirements.
 * Build, mentor, and manage the security team, budget, and key security KPIs/KRIs.
