## Description

Buscamos un/a Tech Lead Java para incorporar en un importante proyecto del sector retail. El proyecto tiene un modelo híbrido de trabajo.

La incorporación es a un equipo de ejecución dentro del departamento de IT del cliente para realizar iniciativas dentro Leroy Merlin. Los equipos están formado de la siguiente manera:

 - 1 Delivery Lead, 3 Arquitect, 3 Business Analyst, 6 Developer back-end, 4 QA.

El Java Tech Lead es responsable del liderazgo técnico del *squad*, la arquitectura de la solución, los estándares de ingeniería, la calidad del software y la gobernanza de la entrega. Este rol actúa como puente entre los equipos de Producto, Arquitectura e Ingeniería, garantizando soluciones nativas de la nube escalables, seguras y mantenibles basadas en Java, Spring Boot, microservicios y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos
