Nice to have + CIS certification in a CRM product line, particularly CIS-CSM. + Experience with Logik.ai. + Previous experience in CPQ, including product configuration, business rules, pricing, discounts and Quote-to-Cash processes. + Experience with other CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ/Callidus, Conga, PROS or Tacton. + Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures, including MCP-based integrations and multi-agent orchestration. + Experience in industries involving complex products, such as manufacturing, high-tech, telecommunications, industrial or medical devices. + Experience working with Agile methodologies. We are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, experience in CRM/Industry Workflows solutions, and hands-on experience developing AI capabilities on the Now Platform. Knowledge of CPQ, Logik.ai and Quote-to-Cash processes will be highly valued. Responsibilities + Design, develop and configure solutions on ServiceNow, particularly across Sales and Order Management, CSM and CPQ. + Develop and enhance functionality related to product catalogues, product configuration, pricing, discounts, quoting and order orchestration. + Develop CPQ solutions, including configuration rules, pricing logic and integration with the wider order lifecycle. + Design and develop AI capabilities using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, including agents, skills and prompts to support business and sales processes. + Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub and custom spokes. + Develop Scoped Applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flows and UI components. + Translate business requirements related to products, pricing, discounts and approvals into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. + Provide technical guidance and support to junior and mid-level developers. + Contribute to the definition of best practices, standards and reusable components. + Support the technical estimation and definition of projects and solutions., + Opportunity to participate in projects focused on the transformation and evolution of ServiceNow solutions. + Training and professional development in CPQ, Logik.ai and ServiceNow AI capabilities. + Support for obtaining and maintaining ServiceNow certifications. + Opportunity to work on CRM transformation and process automation projects. + Collaborative working environment with strong opportunities for professional development. + Hybrid working model.
