Kubernetes in production; Terraform (or equivalent IaC); modern CI/CD tooling ( GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps or Jenkins ); and Git . * Solid command of observability ( Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus / Grafana , logging stacks), SLI / SLO definition, on-call and incident management, and load / chaos testing. * Hands-on coding ability in Python , Bash , Go or Java ; able to read, debug andimprove service code (Spring Boot, Node.Js or similar) and database access (SQL and NoSQL). * Strong security & compliance mindset: familiarity with secrets management, identity and access patterns, container/cluster hardening and frameworks such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or equivalent regulatory expectations. * Solid understanding of architectural principles, distributed systems and design patterns; analytical mindset to drive non-functional requirements across teams. * Strong teammate mentality, resilience, social competence and communication skills; customer-focused thinking, drive for success and a high level of dedication. * Language: advanced level of English (working language with QA, UX and group stakeholders).
