## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with strong UX Design expertise to design and build intuitive, scalable, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React development and a deep understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, prototyping, accessibility, and responsive design.

## Description

The candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to transform business requirements into engaging digital experiences., React Development

 * Develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js.
 * Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries.
 * Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or equivalent frameworks.
 * Integrate REST APIs and backend services.
 * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployment activities.

UX Design

 * Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
 * Conduct user research and usability analysis.
 * Design intuitive experiences aligned with business goals.
 * Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
 * Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to validate design concepts and improve user satisfaction.

Collaboration

 * Work closely with product teams to translate requirements into user-friendly solutions.
 * Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
 * Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation activities.
