This is a brand-new role where you'll have the opportunity to build AI solutions, establish governance and security standards, and help create a structured approach to AI adoption across the business. This position offers the chance to move beyond simply using AI tools and take ownership of developing AI-powered applications, automations, and agents that deliver real business value. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into a leadership position within the AI function. The Role As the AI Automation Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions while helping establish the frameworks, processes, and governance required to support long-term AI adoption.
