## About the Role

* Experience of modern pensions administration systems
 * Proven record of delivering pension scheme installations
 * Proven record of delivering integrated payrolls
 * Able to set up processes (eg Pension increases) for installed schemes
 * Proven Systems knowledge for moving data between databases
 * Proven Systems knowledge for creating standard alone databases
 * Understanding the power of good audit trails and documentation
 * Excellent communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills
 * Excellent Planning & Organisational skills
 * Strong analytical skills and creative approach to getting work delivered
 * Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery of work
 * Management of key stakeholders at all levels in a typical corporate environment

## Description

The Systems Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Onboarding of several new clients, contributing a new proposition within Isio. The role involves working with a number of different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

This role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices, with a hybrid workstyle.

What does the role entail?

 * Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations
 * Validate historical data, including service periods, salary history, and contribution records.
 * Audit and reconcile member data to identify discrepancies or gaps.
 * Ongoing support with data issues identified post Go Live.
 * Participate in the build of optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team
 * Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Scheme Installations
