## Description

A well-established organisation is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its team based in central Chelmsford. You'll play a key role in supporting users, maintaining day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring business systems and technology services run smoothly across the organisation., * Provide first-line support for business systems, databases and core applications.

 * Act as the onsite point of contact for IT issues, working alongside an outsourced IT support provider.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software and application issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where required.
 * Deliver user training, IT inductions and practical guidance to staff on systems and technology.
 * Support the setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user devices, peripherals and IT equipment.
 * Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support issues and system updates.
