 * We're looking for deep and broad experience in building and designing software
 * Natural Technical leadership skills
 * Solid understanding and experience with modern DevOps methodology
 * Experience working in the National Security domain
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

## Description

As a Software Team Lead, you will act as a Lead Technologist and work hand in hand with the engineering and product teams, leading the design and development. It will you be your job to design and deliver scalable software both in the cloud, and on-premise. You'll play a pivotal role in the design and direction of our products, and you'll engage with key customers to understand their needs and shape them into an effective product and technology roadmap.
