## Description

A busy secondary school in Wokingham, Berkshire is looking for an enthusiastic and technically capable IT Technician to join its support team.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical assistance to teachers, administrative staff and students, ensuring that technology across the school remains reliable and accessible.

You will deal with a variety of hardware, software and connectivity issues and will be expected to investigate problems efficiently before escalating more complex issues.

Key duties include:

 * Providing first-line IT support
 * Troubleshooting computers, laptops and peripherals
 * Supporting classroom technology
 * Setting up and configuring devices
 * Assisting with user accounts and access
