## Description

We are recruiting experienced Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to support large-scale AI training projects.

No previous AI experience is required. The work is focused on real software engineering problems including:

 * Debugging complex code
 * Implementing new features
 * Refactoring codebases
 * Performance optimisation
 * Reviewing and validating code
 * Creating challenging coding tasks and reference solutions
 * Working across existing and unfamiliar repositories

We are particularly interested in engineers with strong experience in:

 * Python
 * Java
 * TypeScript / JavaScript
 * Node.js
 * Go
 * Rust
 * C++
 * React

You should have strong commercial software engineering experience, good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, and confidence working on complex technical problems.

Experience in backend development, full-stack engineering, system design, automated testing, code review or cybersecurity would be highly relevant.
