## About the Role

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Statistik und quantitativer Modellierung
 * Praxiserfahrung mit OLS-Regressionsverfahren und Prognosemodellen (u.a. systematische Korrelations- und Lag-Analysen)
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau von Monte-Carlo-Simulationen
 * Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte in pragmatische Prototypen zu übersetzen
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Excel für Modellaufbau und Prototyping
 * Erfahrung in der Vermittlung statistischer Methoden an Fachanwender, * Python-Kenntnisse für analytische Modelle
 * Erfahrungen mit Palantir Foundry
 * Kenntnisse in Financial Planning, Controlling oder Unternehmenssteuerung
 * Energiewirtschaftliche und regulatorische Kenntnisse (EnWG, ARegV, GasNEV, StromNEV, RAMEN, StromNEF, GasNEF)
 * Erfahrung in der Modellierung finanzieller Kennzahlen und Werttreiber
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau von Entscheidungs- und Simulationsmodellen
 * Hohe Umsetzungsorientierung und Pragmatismus
 * Fähigkeit, Methoden verständlich zu erklären
 * Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Fach- und Führungskräften

## Description

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell eine/n Aufbau Langfristplanungsmodell / Data Scientist (m/w/d) - Stuttgart (1x pro Woche vor Ort)., * Entwicklung eines Prototyps für ein Langfristplanungsmodell

 * Ableitung von Ursache-Wirkungs-Beziehungen zwischen Werttreibern und finanziellen Zielgrößen (z. B. EBIT, EBITDA)
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Regressionsmodellen
 * Aufbau und Ausgestaltung von Monte-Carlo-Simulationen
 * Validierung, Plausibilisierung und Sensitivitätsanalysen
 * Challenge von Modellannahmen und Ergebnissen
 * Wissenstransfer und Coaching des Teams
 * Dokumentation der Modelle und Vorgehensweisen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereich und Entwickler zur späteren Implementierung
