+ Du hast Dein Studium (mind.  + Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der deutschen Energiewirtschaft und fundierte Kenntnisse energiewirtschaftlicher Prozesse eines Netzbetreibers mit Schwerpunkt Geräte- und Netzanschlussprozesse mit
 + Du verfügst bereits über Erfahrungen in der Massenanalyse von Prozessdaten - optimalerweise bringst Du bereits Kenntnisse in den Stammdaten- und Tabellenstrukturen im SAP S/4 Utilities mit
 + Du analysierst komplexe Zusammenhänge strukturiert und siehst Herausforderungen als Chance
 + Du lässt Dich bei Schwierigkeiten nicht vom Kurs abbringen und behältst die Vision/das Ziel stets im Blick
 + Du hinterfragst bestehende Arbeitsweisen und Prozesse, um diese effizienter zu gestalten
 + Du achtest auf Dich und Andere und sprichst inadäquate Verhaltensweisen offen an
