## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field; a Master's degree is a plus.
 * 8+ years in product ownership, product management, or technical leadership.
 * Proven track record of building and scaling production ecosystems for high-volume manufacturing, with demonstrated impact on throughput, quality, or efficiency
 * Strong experience in automation and industrialization of manufacturing processes, including deploying tools across multiple sites or Contract Manufacturers with minimal manual intervention
 * Deep understanding of production systems, data flows, and system integration (e.g. MES, analytics platforms, API-based architectures) in complex industrial environments
 * Experience owning end-to-end product or system lifecycle, from requirements translation through deployment and stable operation in production-critical environments
 * Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and transformation, working with engineering, operations, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable production solutions
