## About the Role

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Servern, Netzwerken (LAN/WAN) sowie Erfahrungen mit Virtualisierungsplattformen wie Hyper-V, VMware oder vergleichbaren Technologien.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Azure / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune und modernen Cloud Security Mechanismen
 * Erfahrung mit Zero Trust Konzepten, Identity Security, Conditional Access und M365 Security
 * Kenntnisse in moderner Standortvernetzung, idealerweise SASE / Cato Networks
 * Erfahrung im Betrieb kritischer IT-Systeme sowie in der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen.
 * Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
 * Du beherrschst Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
 * Erfahrung mit IT-Dokumentation und Compliance-Anforderungen ist von Vorteil. (z. B. NIS2)

Du arbeitest in einem modernen Microsoft-Umfeld und übernimmst Verantwortung für den Ausbau, die Stabilität und die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft. Mit deinem Know-how unterstützt du sowohl im operativen IT-Betrieb als auch bei der Optimierung neuer Prozesse und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv in unser Team ein.

 * Der Ausbau, Betrieb und die Betreuung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Switches, LAN, WLAN, Standortvernetzung) liegt in deiner Hand
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Security-Landschaft (Firewall, End Point Protektion, Backup, Monitoring, Identity & Access Management)
 * Administration der Microsoft-Plattform bestehend aus Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune und Azure-Diensten.
 * Du dokumentierst Systeme, Prozesse und Änderungen und führst Schulungen oder Einweisungen durch
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung strukturierter IT-Serviceprozesse (Helpdesk, Change & Incident Management)
 * Du kümmerst dich um Auswahl, Beschaffung und Bereitstellung von Arbeitsplätzen (PCs, Notebooks, Tablets, Smartphones etc.) und bist Ansprechpartner für die Kolleginnen und Kollegen
 * Mitarbeit und Übernahme von Verantwortung in Projekten rund um Digitalisierung, Modern Workplace, Security und Infrastruktur.
