We ensure that technology investments, architecture, service delivery, and IT governance support Allianz Re's business objectives while operational delivery is primarily provided by Allianz Technology. We act as the key interface between business stakeholders, service providers, and Group functions, ensuring that IT services are secure, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with Allianz standards and regulatory requirements. As an IT Service Demand Manager, you will shape and govern the technology demand for Allianz Re's business applications and IT services. You will act as the central point of coordination between business owners, Allianz Technology, and internal governance functions, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions and delivered according to agreed service levels. You will oversee service performance, manage provider relationships, support budgeting and financial planning, and drive continuous improvement across your service portfolio. This role is ideal for professionals looking to move beyond pure delivery roles and work at the intersection of business demand management, technology governance, enterprise architecture, AI enablement, and IT risk oversight. You will: * Review the Service Agreements and the fulfillment for the Service Agreements based on monitoring information requested from the Service Provider * Conduct reviews on business applications with respect to IT policies, internal /Allianz Group standards and where applicable enterprise architecture governance models.
