 * Mitwirken bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops mit agilem Vorgehen
 * Erarbeiten von Entscheidungsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Lösungsskizzen
 * Unterstützen bei Tests, Rollouts und fachlicher Einführung von Systemen
 * Arbeiten mit Technologiegruppen wie SAP und datengetriebenen Analysewerkzeugen inklusive Machine Learning und KI
 * Abstimmen mit internen Schnittstellen aus Technik, Einkauf und Qualität sowie externen Partnern
