 * Unterstützt Implementierungen und Konfigurationen weiterer HR-Funktionen wie Zeiterfassung und Recruiting
 * Analysierst und optimierst Personalprozesse und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse nachvollziehbar
 * Begleitest Systemupdates, führst Testreihen durch und stellst den stabilen Betrieb sicher
 * Analysierst Fehler, behebst Störungen und beantwortest operative Anfragen aus dem Fachbereich
 * Arbeitest an Integrationsaufgaben zwischen SuccessFactors und bestehenden SAP-Komponenten mit
 * Erstellst Projektdokumentationen und unterstützt bereichsübergreifende Abstimmungen
