## Description

Administrer les environnements Microsoft ainsi que les comptes, licences, droits NTFS et systèmes IPBX

 - Concevoir des masters Windows 10/11, packaging et déploiement applicatif, déploiements de masse
 - Administrer le parc informatique (postes, imprimantes, périphériques).
 - Développer des scripts PowerShell, participer à l'administration des environnements conteneurisés et optimiser les tâches d'exploitation.
 - Appliquer les correctifs, durcir les configurations dans le cadre ISO 27001, superviser les serveurs, sauvegardes et outils de monitoring, et participer aux PRA/PCA.
 - Prendre en charge les incidents complexes de niveau 2, assurer le diagnostic et la résolution, maintenir la documentation technique et accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes.
 - Assister sur les VLAN, VPN, pare-feu et réseaux Wi-Fi, suivre la segmentation et les liaisons inter-sites, et contribuer à la continuité de service des infrastructures réseau.
