Technical Skills Strong expertise in several of the following areas: Cloud Native Infrastructure * Kubernetes * container orchestration * multi-cluster management * Helm, Operators, CRDs AI Infrastructure & MLOps * AI/ML deployment pipelines * model serving and inference platforms * Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, or similar frameworks * GPU-accelerated workloads Platform Engineering * GitOps workflows * infrastructure automation Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure * AWS, Azure, GCP * hybrid cloud * on-prem infrastructure DevOps & Observability * CI/CD pipelines * infrastructure as code * monitoring and observability platforms Key Traits We Value * Strong consultative mindset and customer empathy * Ability to explain complex systems clearly * Hands-on technical curiosity and experimentation * Passion for open source and emerging infrastructure technologies * Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action Nice to Have * CNCF ecosystem experience * AI infrastructure or MLOps platform experience * Kubernetes or cloud certifications * Open source community participation ## Description In this role, you will work closely with our European enterprise customers, platform engineering teams, and AI practitioners to architect solutions that enable scalable AI workloads, modern developer platforms, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging customer requirements, business outcomes, and Mirantis technology., Customer Engagement * Partner with account teams to support strategic enterprise opportunities. * Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, AI, and platform engineering needs. * Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs, platform teams, and AI engineering leaders. Solution Architecture * Design AI infrastructure architectures using Mirantis k0rdent and open-source ecosystem technologies. * Translate customer requirements into scalable Kubernetes-based platform solutions. * Develop reference architectures and deployment patterns for AI workloads. Technical Evangelism * Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and workshops. * Represent Mirantis at conferences, technical events, and industry communities. * Create technical content, demos, and solution patterns that accelerate adoption. Proof of Concept & Validation * Lead customer proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution fit. * Prototype deployments of AI workloads and developer platforms. * Demonstrate operational workflows for AI infrastructure and MLOps.
