## About the Role

Cherche informaticien niveau bac+2 pour notre société informatique. Vous assurez des déplacements fréquents pour des installations ou des dépannages chez nos clients. Vous serez en charge d'assurer la réception des appels clients et les dépannages téléphonique. Très bonne connaissance technique du matériel informatique. Expérience dans la hotline si possible.(contact clientèle, pédagogie, patience). Compétences en bricolage est nécessaire (fixation écrans par exemple). Ce recrutement, comme le précise l'employeur, n'intervient pas dans le cadre d'une IMOE (introduction de main-d'œuvre étrangère) et que donc les candidats doivent être autorisés à travailler sur le territoire français., * Bac+2 ou équivalents Maintenance assistance informatique, Savoir-être professionnels

## Description

* Administrer un système d'informations
 * Apporter une assistance technique aux équipes
 * Diagnostiquer la nature et l'origine des incidents et mettre en oeuvre les mesures correctives
 * Installer et intégrer le matériel (station, équipement réseau, périphériques, ...) dans l'environnement de production et configurer les ressources logistiques et physiques
