-Gestion des incidents et demandes, kiosque avec les utilisateurs. Utilisation de l'outil d'ITSM EasyVista pour les PC portables, desktop, téléphonie mobile.
-Gestion des interaction avec les clients en proximité, notions de VIP obligatoire.
