Bac+2/3 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT R&T, licence pro) - 2 ans d'expérience - Très à l'aise sous Linux et familier de l'environnement LAMP, l'admin système et le réseau - Sensibilisé à la cybersécurité (RGPD, PRA).
Les plus : certifications (ITIL, Linux, sécurité), notions cloud/DevOps, GLPI ou 3CX.

Vos missions, du quotidien vers la montée en compétences :
Support client LAMP - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents (Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP) et faire le lien avec les développeurs.
Infra, sécurité & support interne - Maintenir et sécuriser notre infrastructure (Debian/Proxmox, firewall, VPN WireGuard) et épauler les équipes en interne (Linux/Windows, VOIP 3CX).
Paramétrage & livraison projets - Déployer nos solutions chez les clients, en lien avec les développeurs et prestataires.
Scripting & automatisation - Créer vos scripts Bash/Python et playbooks Ansible pour fluidifier déploiements, sauvegardes et mises à jour.
Tests & analyse des bugs - Déboguer DEMATDOC en pré-prod et recette, main dans la main avec les devs.
Roadmap produit - Transformer les retours clients en pistes d'évolution concrètes.
