## About the Role

* Expérience : Vous possédez au moins 5 à 6 ans d'expérience significative en administration Microsoft 365 dans des environnements d'entreprise complexes.
 * Expertise technique : Excellente maîtrise des piliers M365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint). La maîtrise de PowerShell est incontournable.
 * Spécialisation Migration : Vous avez déjà opéré des migrations M365 (Tenant-to-Tenant) et maîtrisez les outils du marché (ShareGate et/ou BitTitan).
 * Savoir-être : Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et vous aimez résoudre des problèmes complexes. Vous savez communiquer efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
 * Langues : Compte tenu du contexte international, un anglais courant (oral et écrit) est indispensable.

## Description

* Administration & MCO : Gérer et faire évoluer les services clés de l'écosystème M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Power Platform).
 * Projets de Migration : Piloter les migrations complexes de tenant à tenant (Tenant-to-Tenant), notamment à l'aide d'outils spécialisés (BitTitan, ShareGate).
 * Cross-Tenant Synchronization : Participer activement à la mise en œuvre de la synchronisation entre les différents locataires Microsoft 365 du groupe.
 * Automatisation : Concevoir, maintenir et optimiser les scripts PowerShell pour automatiser les tâches récurrentes d'administration et de reporting.
 * Support de N2/N3 : Assurer la résolution des incidents critiques (escalades), gérer les licences, les politiques de sécurité (compliance, DLP) et les accès.
 * Collaboration internationale : Interagir avec les équipes techniques réparties sur plusieurs fuseaux horaires, notamment avec la côte ouest des États-Unis.
