## Description

Piloter l'analyse de la performance Média & E-commerce sur 2 à 3 projets à criticité élevée. Concrètement :

 - Stratégie de pilotage : définir objectifs, KPI et arbitrages budgétaires entre leviers (SEA, social, display, affiliation, CRM, App)
 - Vision business : intégrer les métriques au-delà du média (P&L e-commerce, marge, recrutement clients, panier, concurrence, saisonnalité)
 - Aide à la décision : produire business reviews, deep dives et supports pour le Comex et la direction e-commerce
 - Performance Explainer : porter, avec le Marketing Engineering, le modèle expliquant les variations de performance par leurs causes ; le déployer comme outil de référence des business reviews
