Vous disposez d'une expérience en support informatique et souhaitez évoluer sur des problématiques davantage orientées Systèmes & Réseaux.

La maîtrise ou la connaissance des environnements suivants serait particulièrement appréciée :

 * Microsoft 365
 * VMware / ESXi
 * Systèmes et réseaux
 * Exploitation d'infrastructure informatique

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne autonome, rigoureuse et à l'aise dans la résolution de problématiques techniques, capable d'intervenir auprès des utilisateurs comme sur les aspects infrastructure.

Un profil expérimenté en Systèmes & Réseaux, au-delà du support, serait particulièrement apprécié.

## Description

Au sein de l'équipe informatique, vous intervenez sur des missions de support de niveau 2, tout en participant à l'administration et à l'exploitation de l'environnement informatique.

Vos principales missions seront notamment :

 * Assurer le support informatique de niveau 2 auprès des utilisateurs ;
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques ;
 * Assurer le suivi et le traitement des demandes ;
 * Participer à l'administration de l'environnement Microsoft 365 ;
 * Intervenir sur les problématiques liées aux systèmes et réseaux ;
 * Participer ponctuellement à l'exploitation et à la maintenance de l'infrastructure ;
 * Intervenir sur les environnements VMware / ESXi ;
 * Contribuer au maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l'infrastructure informatique.
