## Description

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes, supporting our customer Waitrose. As a BI Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, transforming complex data into actionable insights and developing scalable reporting and automation solutions that improve operational performance, efficiency and customer outcomes., * Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to gather, challenge and refine business requirements

 * Create and maintain automated data processes and decision-support tools
 * Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
 * Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure solutions remain relevant, user-friendly and aligned to business requirements
