## About the Role

* Strong UX / usability research experience
 * Experience with complex or enterprise software
 * Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
 * Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA
 * Experience planning and running user research
 * AI product experience is advantageous

## Description

We're working with an innovative technology business looking for a UX Designer on an initial 3-month contract.

What you'll be doing:

 * Conducting user research, interviews and task observation
 * Assessing usability, user flows and information architecture
 * Carrying out heuristic and WCAG 2.2 AA reviews
 * Prioritising improvements based on impact and effort
 * Working closely with product and engineering teams
