## About the Role

* Proven experience providing 1st/2nd Line IT Support in a Microsoft environment.
 * Strong Microsoft 365 administration and support experience.
 * Solid knowledge of Active Directory user and group management.
 * Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
 * Laptop/device deployment and build using Intune
 * Good understanding of the Microsoft End User Computing (EUC) stack.
 * Any experience with Mac would be beneficial.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

## Description

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving technical issues from mostly walk-ins, supporting M365, Active Directory and deploying laptops., * Provide 1st/2nd Line technical support to end users, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

 * Administer and support Microsoft 365, including user management, licensing, and troubleshooting.
 * Manage Active Directory user accounts, including joiners, movers, leavers, group permissions, and password resets.
 * Support and administer Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments.
 * Laptop and device build and deployment using Intune
 * Support a small fleet of Mac devices.
 * Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
