## About the Role

Previous MSP experience (Minimum 2 years)

 - Fantastic communication and customer service abilities
 - Take ownership of 1st line and 2nd line escalations
 - Driving license for customer site visits and office working
Technical Skills:

 - Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Entra ID
 - Active Directory and Group Policy
 - Network support for LAN/WAN
 - Application installation, upgrade and maintenance
 - PC/Server diagnostics
 - Windows 11/Server 2019+
 - VoIP
 - Exposure to project delivery and cyber security

## Description

This is a hybrid role with home working 1 day per week - You need to be local to Wakefield / Leeds area due to the commute to our office space (The Nostell Estate, WF4 1AB).
The role is primarily service desk based and will see you handling tickets, troubleshooting issues and supporting the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety, from Microsoft 365 to Networking, PC/Server Support and Cyber Security.
We'll help to plug any knowledge gaps and expose you to infrastructure support and project delivery, working with a team who have years of experience.
