## Description

As Head of Data Services, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning Business Intelligence, MMM, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving commercial performance, and developing a high-performing leadership team., * Define and deliver the vision, roadmap, and standards for the Data Services practice

 * Lead the adoption of AI across data services workflows, processes, and delivery models
 * Own revenue growth and commercial performance across the function
 * Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support new business activity
 * Provide technical leadership across analytics, BI, measurement, econometrics, and marketing technology
 * Develop and coach senior leaders, creating clear progression and succession plans
 * Ensure consistently high standards of client delivery and quality assurance
 * Partner with senior stakeholders and present complex data concepts to executive audiences
 * Contribute to industry thought leadership and help enhance market reputation, * Opportunity to shape and grow a significant Data Services function
