Working arrangements Flexible approach to onsite working, with remote working available depending on experience and suitability for the role. ## Description We are looking for both a Principal and Senior hands-on engineer to drive the build of a portfolio of agentic AI security applications, defining the solution architecture and contributing to the most complex components of the solution and system design. You would work with a good degree of autonomy to deliver a defined set of outcomes across complex and current problems in AI security. You will collaborate with software and solution architects to define target architectures, coordinate the workloads of software engineers, and remain hands-on throughout the development lifecycle. The role will have a strong software engineering focus, building AI-native applications and agentic solutions, primarily within a Python and AWS environment.
