## About the Role

It is a bonus if you already have experience providing support to a contractor within the construction or Civil Engineering industry., *Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
*Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
*Ability to configure and deploy end-user devices and join them to Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
*Experience supporting mobile devices running iOS and Android.
*Understanding of PC hardware, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
*Familiarity with basic networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi.

## Description

I am looking to speak to IT Support Technicians to work with my client on their projects and in their network of offices across the Midlands and North West of England.
