As a People Data Analyst in Bicester, you'll work alongside the Human Resources team making data-driven decisions. Your role will focus on analysing employee data, identifying trends, and presenting insights to enhance workforce strategies., The People Data Analyst will:

 * Analyse and interpret employee data to support HR strategies and decision-making.
 * Develop and maintain HR data reports and dashboards for various stakeholders on SuccessFactors.
 * Identify trends and patterns within workforce data to offer actionable insights.
 * Support the implementation of data-driven HR initiatives and projects.
 * Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve employee engagement and performance.
 * Continuously improve data processes and reporting methods.
