## About the Role

Previous school experience is essential, particularly within a data, admissions or school administration position.

Candidates must also have:

 * A clear DBS
 * DBS registered on the Update Service, or issued within the past 6 months
 * Strong attention to detail
 * Good Excel and IT skills
 * Excellent organisation
 * The ability to work with confidential information
 * Flexibility to work full-time or part-time

## Description

We're looking to register Data & Admissions Administrators who are available for flexible temporary work.
Typical Responsibilities

You may be involved in:

 * Maintaining accurate pupil records
 * Managing admissions applications and enquiries
 * Updating the school's MIS
 * Processing new starters, leavers and transfers
 * Supporting attendance and assessment data
 * Producing spreadsheets and reports
 * Preparing information for census returns
 * Liaising with parents and Local Authorities
 * Checking and updating student information
 * General school administration

Experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or another school MIS would be useful.
