## About the Role

* Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
 * Active Directory and Group Policy
 * Windows and/or macOS
 * Networking including DHCP, DNS, VLANs and Wi-Fi
 * Device setup, imaging and deployment
 * Classroom technology and AV
 * Troubleshooting and resolving escalated support issues

Previous experience within a school or multi-site environment would be an advantage, along with experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced 1st Line / 2nd Line Technician looking to broaden their technical experience within a busy education environment.
