This opportunity would suit someone with a strong operational care background who is passionate about improving outcomes through technology and innovation., * Leading the digital care systems strategy across multiple sites. * Driving the adoption of AI and emerging technologies within care services. * Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of electronic care planning and clinical systems. * Working closely with operational, clinical and technology teams to improve care delivery. * Leading digital transformation and change management initiatives. * Ensuring digital systems support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness. * Using data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. * Building and developing the Digital Care & AI function as the organisation grows.
