## About the Role

You'll ideally have at least 3-5 years' experience in an IT support or service desk environment, together with:

 * Previous experience within an MSP or MSSP environment is essential
 * Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence speaking to customers
 * A genuine interest in IT and technology, to investigate and challenge themselves daily
 * Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
 * The ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities calmly
 * A helpful, personable and customer-focused approach
 * A full UK driving licence and daily access to a car for field work
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, basic networking and customer onboarding is needed
 * Relevant IT certifications would be beneficial
 * Knowledge of Windows 11 Desktops, server roles, and in-depth Office 365 administration.

## Description

Are you an IT Support Technician with MSP experience who enjoys solving problems, talking to customers and making technology work for them?

We're recruiting an IT Support Technician (Helpdesk with occasional Field Work) to join a friendly, growing service desk team. This is an office- and field-based, hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll provide first- and second-line support and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills across Microsoft 365, cyber security, cloud services and more.

As an IT Field and Help Desk Support Technician, you will be doing the following,

 * Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support via telephone, RMM and ticketing systems
 * Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint issues
 * Supporting users with Cloud Entra Identities, Security and general Microsoft 365 administration
 * Diagnosing issues across devices, networks and cloud services
 * Logging, documenting and escalating tickets where required
 * Keeping customers updated and delivering a friendly, professional service
 * Supporting customer onboarding and occasional visits to customer sites
 * Liaising with third-party suppliers when needed
