Our mission is to professionalize Scaleway's internal software ecosystem. You will run, maintain, and scale core internal services (Ticketing systems, ERP, CRM) used by internal teams and external users. You will also design and develop new internal tools, maintaining technical standards for performance, reliability, and security. YOUR FUTURE TEAM : You will join the IT & Sales Tooling team, which develops internal software for commercial, support, and operational activities. - Scope: We manage tools including CRM, Odoo (ERP), and the ticketing platform (Support) ensuring they are perfectly tuned to our business objectives. - Collaboration: We partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Support, Operations) to build technical solutions for their workflows. - Goal: Enable business performances by delivering reliable IT & Sales tools that comply with security and data standards.
