* Strong experience in digital analytics, customer analytics, or product analytics and advanced SQL skills.
 * Experience working with customer lifecycle, retention, and behavioural data.
 * Knowledge of cohort analysis, experimentation, and statistical testing.
 * Experience with data visualisation tools.
 * Ability to communicate analytical findings to a range of stakeholders.
 * Experience working with cross-functional teams.
 * Exposure to web or app analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel is beneficial.

This Senior Data Analyst role is suited to someone with a background in digital, customer, or product analytics who enjoys working with large datasets and influencing business decisions through data. You'll partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to improve customer retention, engagement, and commercial performance.The CompanyThey are a digital-first business with a strong focus on customer growth and product development. Data is central to decision-making across the organisation, with analysts working closely alongside product, marketing, and commercial stakeholders. The business offers the opportunity to work across customer lifecycle, subscription, and behavioural analytics in a collaborative environment.The Role

 * Analyse customer journeys, digital funnels, and user behaviour.
 * Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
 * Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting.
 * Deliver customer, product, and subscription analytics.
 * Develop LTV and churn analysis to support business strategy.
 * Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams on experimentation and measurement frameworks.
 * Use SQL to query, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.
 * Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
