* Significant experience in requirements management and derivation (ideally in defence)
 * Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, DOORS NG, and Rhapsody
 * Ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers
 * Knowledge in engineering change control and management
 * Capability to initiate and drive trade studies and system development activities
 * Experience in developing complex systems (ideally in defence)
 * Strong stakeholder management skills
 * Experience of working with product lines would be beneficial

## Description

* Helping the customer understand and capture their needs
 * Deriving suitable system, subsystem, and software requirements to meet those needs
 * Informing product line approaches to create a common suite of products for different customers
 * Determining and managing processes and procedures to control changes
 * Acting as a customer for specific software items
