The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus., * Eight (8) + years in network operations, including five (5)+ years in DoD enterprise network environments. * Network operations leadership experience. * Knowledge of Cisco networking, VPN, DISA circuits, SolarWinds or equivalent monitoring. * LogRhythm or equivalent SIEM coordination, and enterprise escalation processes. * Ability to lead after-hours response and coordinate across classified/unclassified support boundaries. * Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Certifications * DoD 8140 Aligned Technical Support/ Network Operations. + Education BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
